During Annapoorna-World of Food India, leading supermarket and retail chains from India and Asia will be onsite to hold pre-arranged match-making  sessions with exhibitors of their product interest.

In 2008 companies including the importer Five Group Trading from Qatar, the supermarket chains Reliance, Spencer's and Foodworld, cash & carry markets such as Carrefour and Metro Cash & Carry, as well as the hypermarket HyperCity used the event for brisk business.
